Cancellation Policy

Once your T12 Collective Community annual subscription begins, you’re locked in for the year. Your credit card on file will be charged every year on the anniversary of the date you joined. We do not issue refunds for any payments already made or offer prorated refunds for any months not used.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at twelve12ministries.org. Upon cancellation, you will have access to the subscription until the end of your billing cycle.

If you’re not sure you’re ready to commit to an annual subscription, even though you save money that way versus monthly, we recommend that you join our monthly plan. With the monthly plan, you have the flexibility to cancel at any time.
