Twelve 12 Ministries 3-Year Vision

(2026–2029)

The impact of Twelve 12 has never been about one person or one ministry—it’s about people like you stepping in to bring care, comfort, and Christ-centered hope to women and families who need it most. This vision for the next three years is only possible because of your generosity, prayers, and partnership.

1. Financial Growth

• Current: $71K raised so far in 2025 (goal: $100K)

• Phase One: Raise $200K

• Goal: Double donations each year → $800K annually by 2029

• Strategies: Strengthen recurring giving (12 for 12 campaign), expand major donor pipeline, increase grants, launch 1 annual fundraising event (Nov. 6 luncheon could become the anchor).

2. Butterfly Boxes

• Current: 170 distributed (2025 goal: 250)

• Goal: 3,000 distributed total over the next 3 years

• Notes: Launch Spanish Butterfly Box by 2027

3. Refined Events

• Current: ~70 participants (goal: 100 for October 2025)

• Goal: 500 participants served through Refined between 2026–2029

• Notes: Continue bi-annual events; add virtual option by 2027

4. Support Groups

(Hope Stories, T12 Collective, Men’s Study)

• Current: ~24 participants (DFW + online)

• Goal: 200 participants served total by 2029

• Notes: Complete facilitator training program by 2026; grow men’s side by recruiting male facilitators and establishing a main Twelve 12 men’s group.

5. Partnerships

• Current: 5 pregnancy resource centers, ~14 churches

• Goal: 15 pregnancy resource centers and 30 churches by 2029

• Stretch Vision: At least 1 church + 1 PRC in every state

6. Volunteers

• Current: 5 active volunteers

• Goal: 50 active volunteers by 2029

• Notes: Define clear roles — Butterfly Box team, Refined event team, facilitators, ambassadors, development/event support

7. Staff

• Current: Founder/CEO full-time + 1 part-time staff

• Goal: Build to 4–5 staff members by 2029 (mix of full and part-time)

• Priorities: Operations, development/fundraising, program support, marketing/social media, community engagement

8. Podcast Reach

• Current: 3,024 downloads (Jan–Sep 2025)

• Goal: 25,000 downloads total by 2029

• Notes: Grow reach steadily; cross-promote with events, partnerships, and resources
