Nicole Clark

Nicole Clark is the Founder and Executive Director of Twelve 12 Ministries, a Christ-centered nonprofit supporting women and families walking through infertility, pregnancy loss, and childlessness. Inspired by Romans 12:12, Nicole founded Twelve 12 in 2017 with a desire to create places where women could find hope, community, biblical encouragement, and practical support in some of life’s hardest seasons. 

Before ministry, Nicole spent more than two decades as a professional dancer, choreographer, and instructor, including touring internationally as a backup dancer for artists such as Justin Timberlake. Today, she uses that same creativity and passion to lead Twelve 12, host the Purpose Beyond Motherhood Podcast, and walk alongside women navigating grief, waiting, identity, and purpose. Nicole has a heart for honest conversations, discipleship, and helping women know they are seen by God and do not have to walk through these seasons alone.

Angela Mackey  

Angela Mackey loves coming alongside people to encourage them to worship God with their lives so they may honor Him in all they do. Her Bible teaching carries weight and depth, shaped by her passion for God, her master’s degree in biblical and theological studies, and her longing to worship Him with her whole life. Her journey through secondary infertility and pregnancy loss shapes the gentle, compassionate way she talks about suffering, helping listeners notice God’s love, comfort, and nearness when life hurts. Angela’s expertise includes finding joy in all circumstances, lamenting with hope, renewing our minds through God’s Word, living a life of worship, and loving well even when we disagree. She is the author of Difficult to Conceive: A Godly Perspective for the Road Ahead and a contributing writer in Still Speaking and God With Us: Immanuel. A registered nurse and black belt in Kuk Sool Won martial arts, Angela isn’t afraid of hard or complex conversations and brings a calm, grounded, hope-filled presence to every interaction. She lives with her family in the Arkansas River Valley, cheering on her mostly adult kids and delighting in the surprising ways God shows up in daily life.

Heather LaVigne  

Heather LaVigne is a Christ follower, wife, and mother through a little bit of science and a whole lot of Jesus. Heather was a Nurse Practitioner for 15 years before becoming an author, teacher, and ministry partner. With a deep love for scripture, it is her honor to walk alongside women in any stage of life, particularly those involving grief and loss. She is an advocate for those suffering through infertility, pregnancy, and child loss. She lives in Comstock Park, MI with her husband, three children, two cats and rambunctious Labrador.
